ITWGB is seeking a **Key Account Manager** dedicated to the growth and management of the **Home Improvement/Farm** business within the Retail Shared Services Division. This dynamic position encompasses a broad spectrum of responsibilities aimed at driving strong net margin growth and maintaining robust customer relationships. This position is remote and reports into the Home Improvement/Farm Sales Team Lead. **Key Responsibilities** + **Account Management** : Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and providing solutions that maximize customer satisfaction and retention. Work Closely with Rep Groups associated with each account when applicable. + **Portfolio Management** : Sell the full spectrum of brands within the ITWGB portfolio, including Rain-X, Fix-A-Flat, Slime, Permatex, Fast Orange, Spray Nine, Gumout, Black Magic, and Evercoat. + **Market Analysis** : Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics within the Home Improvement and Farm channels. + **Forecasting and Reporting** : Develop accurate sales forecasts and deliver regular performance reports, providing insights and recommendations. + **Collaboration and Cross-Functional Leadership** : Work closely with marketing, product development, supply chain teams, and Sales Team Lead to ensure alignment on initiatives and optimize the go-to-market strategy. This includes collaboration on product pricing, promotions, advertising, and new product innovations and introductions. + **Line Reviews:** Provide insights and partner with Sales Team Lead (and Rep Agency where applicable) to plan and facilitate line reviews with retailers and internal divisions to drive growth. + **Meetings / Conferences:** When necessary, plan, manage and attend account specific meetings and/or conferences to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. + Other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** + **Education** : Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or experience equivalent. + **Experience** : 2+ years of Sales experience and in the CPG industry preferred. + Proficient in customer focus, decision-making and influencing skills. + Foundational strategic thinking and proficient problem-solving skills. + Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. + Drive for results and foundational negotiation skills. + Proficient in project management and organizational skills. + Proficient in Microsoft Suite – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. + Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools preferred. + Ability to work in a team environment is essential. + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. + 25% travel time. _ITW is an equal opportunity employer.
