THE ROLE

 

Join our Sales team in Spain! We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager to maximize sales volume and gross margin across all digital ink product lines. The role involves building strong relationships with high-value clients, executing sales strategies, and enhancing the brand’s reputation within the territory Spain and Portugal. Your responsibility will include:

 

Conduct regular meetings with customers to understand their needs and align them with product offerings Collaborate with the technical team and internal stakeholders to create multiple touchpoints with clients Develop and implement a comprehensive territory coverage plan to efficiently manage all accounts and prospects Maintain in-depth knowledge of key accounts and establish strong relationships with decision-makers Forecast sales and prepare an annual sales budget for products within the territory Participate in exhibitions to promote the company’s products and services Provide monthly activity reports to management, including competitive analysis and market trends Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while seeking innovative ways to improve customer service

 

YOUR PROFILE

 

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Several years of sales experience; familiarity with the digital textile and graphics markets is a plus Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English Strong project management, negotiation, and analytical skills; excellent communication abilities Results-driven, customer-focused, collaborative, with a strong understanding of market dynamics Willingness to travel approximately 4-5 days per week, including occasional international travel for training and meetings
