Our client is searching for a Key Account Manager/ Marketing and Client Relationship Manager who will be responsible to develop our corporate client relationships and to ensure we meet all contractual obligations in terms of the corporate contract
Duties & Responsibilities
Role will be to develop our corporate client relationships and to ensure we meet all contractual obligations in terms of the corporate contract
The person should be well spoken and presentable
Good verbal and presentation skills
They would need to be able to present the Interface business solutions to companies and to groups of people
Group Presentations
New Business Meetings
Implementation Meetings
Feedback Meetings
Ability to take minutes and have good admin skills
Excellent admin skills and detail oriented
Ability to work in a team
Ability to coordinate training and book trainers
Send out proposals and follow up
Key Functions
Sales
Key Account Management Relationship Building
Sending out Marketing Packs and Follow up
Admin on Key Accounts
Induction Sessions for New Client Launches
Requirements
4 to 5 years corporate client relationship management/ key account management
Matric
Financial Services qualification would be advantageous
Must be well spoken and presentable
Good verbal and presentation skills
Must be able to perform group meetings and presentations
Remuneration Market related
