**The Opportunity**

Our broad portfolio of high-quality and differentiated branded generic medicines reaches across multiple therapeutic areas including gastroenterology, women's health, cardiometabolic, pain management/central nervous system, and respiratory.
**Primary Objective:**
Assure consistent sales growth and achievement of sales goals and targets in assigned territory by identifying opportunities and gaining new business while maintaining existing business.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Ensure that Company strategies are correctly and uniformly implemented.
+ Carry out sales calls, targeting high sales areas for maximum efficiency.
+ Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
+ Monitor market trends and competitor activity in assigned territory.
+ Maintain close relationships with key accounts, and ensure their requirements are being met by the company's products where possible.
+ Represent Abbott in a professional manner that aligns with company image, ensuring activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
+ Enlisting of new launched products.
+ Double visit with other reps to ensure synergy between them in front of key customers.
+ Monitor forecast, orders and DOH with key customers for respective products. **Accountability / Scope**
+ Ability to build strong and long-lasting strategic and trusted relationships with KA.
+ Ability to communicate customized value propositions.
+ Ability to negotiate long term agreements/ implement activities in the KA.
+ Ability to reach consensus and resolve conflicts.
+ Ability to monitor performance and adapt plans to external and internal changes.
+ Knowledge of risk management and mitigation plans.
+ Knowledge of legal environment/framework vs. negotiations with KA. **Qualifications** :
+ For Internal Abbott candidates >> 2 years in Abbott & 3 years in pharmaceutical industry
+ For External candidates >> 3 years in pharmaceutical industry , preferred at least 1 year as Key account manager.
+ Achieved Expectations is a must in the last two years.
+ Travel ability up to 50%.
+ Team player with proven ability to work across different cultures.
+ Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
+ Presentation and computer skills.
+ Multi task oriented.
