Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clientsAct as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concernsUnderstand client needs and identify new business opportunities to meet those needsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectivesNegotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitsPrepare reports on account status, including sales projections and customer feedbackIdentify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainmentAssist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Education Qualification
Engineering gradute or relevant fieldMaster's degree in Marketing or Business Administration (preferred)Experience
10-14 years of experience in marketing within the Copper industryDemonstrated track record of successfully managing key client accounts and driving business growthProven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategiesStrong understanding of the Copper industry, market trends, and customer needs
