Job DescriptionTo achieve major targets including of project acquisition, turnover, innovation and customer satisfaction.Deep understanding of customer needs, customer profile and org – chat.Business strategy definition (risk identification, pricing and growth target)Customer relationship development and maintain with soft skillset.Drive revenue / growth margin for the targeting customer (COEM, JV)Cross function working, co – work with Legal, purchase, Fin and other RBU.Global sales team collaboration, internal alignment for global pricing, business model.QualificationsMore than 5 years’ experience in automotive industry for project management, sales or marketingStrong relationship with key customer in EE / EV /ADAS domain, manufacturing plant is plusBe familiar with auto development process and market mainstream development / testing solution.Seek, find and gain the new business with strategy.Perfect pricing & commercial negotiation under company policiesResult oriented, work with pressure and enjoying the competition.English is must.
