Key Account Specialist
Overview

Hire Resolve, a prominent recruitment agency, is currently seeking a Key Account Specialist to join their client in Cape Town. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts and providing exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
As a Key Account Specialist, you will form strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. You will be the main point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns they may have and acting as an advocate for their needs within the company.

Responsibilities Conducting and managing relevant account meetings and generating supporting reports. Compiling monthly key accounts KPI packs to track performance metrics and goals. Developing a comprehensive understanding of key account needs to tailor solutions accordingly. Addressing and resolving key account issues and complaints promptly and effectively. Producing cost estimates for client requests to align with financial expectations. Anticipating changes and improvements within key accounts to proactively address their evolving needs. Facilitating communication between key accounts and internal teams to ensure seamless operations and service delivery. Strategically planning initiatives to enhance account results and foster long-term partnerships. Identifying new sales opportunities within existing accounts and collaborating with the Head of Customer to capitalize on them. Balancing key account requirements with operational capabilities and capacity to ensure sustainable service delivery. Actively participating in the production schedule of the Wadeville Fulfilment Warehouse by liaising directly with operational teams to meet key account objectives. Planning and presenting progress reports on account achievements and objectives to stakeholders. Conducting kit compilation checks and implementing changes to the production schedule as necessary. Managing Customer Experience (CE) trackers for relevant accounts to monitor satisfaction levels and performance metrics. Monitoring and managing the service email for designated accounts, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries and issues.

Requirements:

Previous experience in account management or customer service Degree or Diploma in Finance, Business Management or similar Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent problem-solving abilities Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Proficient in Microsoft Office
