A Day in the Life:                                                                                                         

This position will be a working leader who takes a proactive approach to managing the customer relationship by providing excellent customer experiences.  The Key Account Specialist will act as an advocate for both the customer as well as for Bunge Oils, ensuring that our customer’s needs are handled in an efficient and profitable fashion. This position will have a hyper customer centric outlook where the Key Account Specialist will be trained to have a good overall knowledge of the company, our products and offerings, and will use this knowledge and insight to give our customers the highest level experience.                                                       

 

What You'll Be Doing:                       

Manage a portfolio of key accounts with order management ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery expectations are achieved Support portfolio demands through coordinating shipment and order changes based on delivery window, inventory availability, and fill rate requirements set by the customer. Monitors and advises Customer Service Manager and other Sales & Marketing management of detected changes in customers’ order quantities and/or buying habits, and customers’ satisfaction with products, policies and shipments. Serve as a main point of contact and liaison between the customer and internal groups such as the Commercial, Operations, Product Management, and Supply Chain teams. Synthesize information from various sources for trend identification & action development utilizing analytical reasoning and creative problem-solving skills Collaborate with internal and external team members to ensure all strategic customer transitions are seamless to both the customer and Bunge Assist Customer Service Supervisor with escalations to resolve operational and customer issues  Complete bi-monthly check-ins with customers, focusing on improvement of customer experience Monitor complaint entry into CRM for accuracy and respond to complaints ensuring a timely response to the customer Travel as necessary to Bunge facilities and customer meetings

                                                               

Skills & Experience Requirements:                                          

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equitable practical experience required 2+ years of customer service experience with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; verbal, written phone/email etiquette skills. Strong attention to detail, problem solving, prioritization, time management and organizational skills. Strong ability to multitask                             Positive and professional attitude             Ability to work and collaborate with cross functional teams Self-reliant, independent; can be quick and decisive, smart and savvy with good ideas and judgment Stable, adaptive, and able to handle a stressful situation with calm and reason. Flexible, open to change, and can experiment with new solutions to achieve results Self-assured, confident, and secure when making decisions and taking action Familiarity with CBOT exchange and fundamentals of futures and basis trading a plus Experience in agribusiness or related industry a plus Experience with SAP, SF.com & Tableau a plus Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with special focus on Excel and Word.

 

The compensation range for this position is $64,000 - 72,000. In addition to the regular compensation, this role is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
