We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Key Account Support Specialist to join our Sales Operations team and take on a vital role in cultivating and expanding our top-tier client relationships. You’ll work closely with Account Executives and collaborate with various internal teams to deliver exceptional service and drive our success forward.

In This Role\nPartner with National Account Executives to understand the unique needs and challenges of key customers; gather and analyze valuable customer insights and translate results into actionable solutions to strengthen relationships with key customers \nElevate the customer experience by delivering world-class service; proactively address and resolve concerns, anticipate client needs, and identify opportunities for process improvements to drive longterm satisfaction and loyalty \nCreate impactful presentations, design training material, and compile detailed product information to support the launch of new products; tailoring presentations to meet the specific needs of each key customer \nPrepare and present ad-hoc reports for Account Executives to drive key sales initiatives that align with overall company objectives \nCollaborate with Sales, Accounting, Logistics, Warehouse, and Art Studio departments to streamline processes, and reduce inefficiencies, ensuring the highest level of customer service \nUphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team \nOther duties as assigned by Management \n

The Ideal Person\nBachelor's Degree required \n3+ years of experience in a customer facing or customer support role\nSalesforce experience strongly preferred \nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookup and pivot table experience) \nExcellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment \nA friendly and collaborative demeanor, with the ability to work well in a team environment \nStrong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently \nAbility to work in an international environment with diverse teams and customers \nActive and engaged listener, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with various audiences\n
