Job Description Summary
The Key Account Specialist will work with our Sales Team to help support one of our largest customers. This role will be critical to helping manage multiple projects for our customers and working with all teams in our organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Customer account management duties included but not limited to; order entry, account maintenance, occasional on and off site meeting with customers and pricing execution management.Ability to prioritize daily activities based on customer and business needs.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand business needs, goals and opportunities to build on the relationship.Collaborate with sales and marketing to identify upsell and cross sell opportunities and develop strategic account plans for key clients with goals, growth opportunities and potential challenges.Conduct assessments of client needs and preferences and identify opportunities for improvement and address any issues or concerns.Facilitate and coordinate communication between client and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services and resolution of any issues.Manage contract renewals and negotiations ensuring favorable terms for both client and company.Gather and share key feedback from clients to assess satisfaction, likelihood of renewal or areas for improvement.Required Qualifications, Skills/Competencies
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees or 3-5 years of customer account management.Proven experience in key account management or a related role.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to understand and articulate complex business solutions.Analytical and problem-solving skills.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.Target Compensation: $21/hour - $24/hour
