Adecco Staffing is currently seeking a responsible and reliable Retail Key Holder/Store Manager to join our client’s team in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling various sales activities in the store, including facilitating purchases and providing customer service. The specific duties and responsibilities of the Retail Sales Associate vary widely but typically include the following: **Schedules** : Needs to be flexible to work any day of the week including weekends – Flexible to work hours from 10:00am to 9:00pm **Pay Rate** : $ 16.00hr · Greeting customers when they walk through the door · Building rapport through conversation and honest recommendations · Ringing up sales and arranging for delivery or pick-up of the customer’s order if needed · Inviting customers to search the company’s website for coupons and other ways to save money · Informing customers of any extra charges if necessary · Inviting the customer to join a loyalty program if there is one · Assisting in maintaining the back stock room and setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor · Collaborating with fellow team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times **Pay Details:** $16.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
