ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing flawless solutions.Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.Successfully implement sales strategies and determine the best approach to penetrate new markets.Prepare and present reports on sales, revenue, and forecasts to the management team.Collaborate with colleagues to support and promote a diverse and inclusive environment.RequirementsProven sales experience, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.Why Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc.
