We are looking for a Key User, Tax Application to join our team in Vilnius. We are currently rolling-out new global ERP program based on SAP S4/HANA and You will work closely with ERP program, IT experts, Group Tax, our businesses, local tax experts across the globe and colleagues in different GBS teams in Vilnius.

Generic responsibilities

Participate and support in designing Metso Tax solution for global and local requirements Own and maintain Tax condition parameters Test and update tax determination parameters in respective systems Understand complex supply chain processes from tax determination perspective and ensure system is configured in accordance to legal tax requirements Provide technical VAT advice to Metso legal entities in case of changes in business processes, tax technologies or legal tax requirements

 

Project responsibilities

Design tax testing, develop testing scenarios and test cases Conduct testing as per the set standards and procedures Review and analyze testing results with project team and deployment lead and local experts

 

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in ECC or S4 HANA / FICO Previous experience with accounting or tax principles University degree in Finance/Accounting/IT Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Passion for working in an international environment and an ability to work independently in a structured manner Fluent in English, verbal and written
