As Key User at our site in Tilburg you are responsible for the optimal and correct use of the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Are you looking for a new challenge in an international environment? As Key User you are the first and second line support and help end users to solve operational problems. In addition, you answer WMS-related questions and train colleagues in the use of the WMS system. You are responsible for managing the GXO Portal, this portal takes care of the delivery of reports. 

 

What you do on a typical day as Key User: 

You are involved in testing bug fixes and testing new implementations You are responsible for solving accenture tickets. Communication with the customer is crucial here, communication is via EDI messages You are responsible for monitoring the operational process You are responsible for creating work instructions Your work is for the most part performed in our Warehouse Management System: Reflex. Experience with this WMS is not required. You will also work in Oracle, SoapUI and MS-DOS

 

You perform your work in a day shift where consignment services are part of it. Depending on the size of the team, you will work a full week (7 days) on consignment every nine weeks.  

 

What do you need to succeed at GXO:

You have MBO work and thinking level, preferably with an IT related background and / or you have at least two years experience in a similar position (warehouse environment is a plus)  You have a good knowledge of WMS functionality and testing of WMS applications   Because of the consignment services you live in the neighborhood of Tilburg  You have a good oral and written command of the English language  As a Key User you know how to communicate at different levels of the organization and you have a flexible attitude. In addition, it would be nice if you have experience with Oracle, SQL and XML.
