About the location:

Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and surrounded by panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the stunning landscape, first opened its doors in August 2024 following an extensive restoration and renovation of the historic property, originally inaugurated in 1929 on a vast private estate. After its successful debut, the resort will reopen to guests in March 2025, reaffirming its status as a unique destination of luxury and elegance on the island.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and engage children in various activities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.

- Assist in planning and implementing fun, age-appropriate programs and events.

- Monitor children’s behavior and interactions, promoting positive social skills and teamwork.

- Provide support to parents by communicating daily activities and addressing any concerns.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the play area, ensuring all toys and equipment are safe and in good condition.

Our Ideal Kids for All Seasons Attendant candidate will have:

· Passion for Working with Children: Genuine love for engaging and interacting with children of all ages, ensuring their safety and enjoyment throughout their stay.

· Creativity and Imagination: Ability to design and implement fun, educational, and engaging activities, such as arts and crafts, games, and outdoor adventures.

· Patience and Adaptability: Capability to remain calm and flexible when managing varying behavior or needs among children, adjusting activities to cater to different age groups and preferences.

· Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with both children and their parents, ensuring clear expectations and providing feedback on their child’s participation and experience.

· Organizational Skills: Competence in planning and coordinating daily activities, managing time, and ensuring that all resources and materials are available and well-prepared for each session.

· Safety Awareness: Knowledge of child safety regulations and procedures, with a commitment to maintaining a secure environment for all activities and responding quickly in case of emergencies.

· Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with other staff members to deliver a seamless, high-quality program, contributing to the overall guest experience at the resort.

· Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think quickly and come up with creative solutions to any challenges that may arise during activities, such as behavioral issues or logistical complications.

· Energy and Enthusiasm: A positive, high-energy attitude to keep children engaged and excited about participating in activities, while maintaining control of the group.

· Experience with Children: Previous experience working in childcare, education, or recreation settings, especially within a resort or hospitality context, is preferred.

· Multitasking Ability: Capable of managing multiple children and activities simultaneously, while ensuring attention to detail and maintaining focus on each child’s needs.

· Good Physical Stamina: Ability to participate in and lead physically active play, including outdoor games and sports, maintaining a high level of energy throughout the day.
