Description\nSCOPE
Ensure that all Kids Club activities are carried out in a responsible manner in accordance with Kempinski standards.
OVERALL OBJECTIVES\n The job of Kids Club Attendant is executed satisfactorily when:\n CSS (Customer Satisfaction Survey) results are rated on an average with “5” and above.\n Kids Club is always well maintained.\n Meet and exceed guest and child’s expectations.\n
Key Responsibilities\nLiaise with Kids Club / Front Office Manager to create a safe environment for all children attending the kids club.\n Ensure parents fill out the registration form for their children correctly, containing necessary information of the child.\n Ensure equipment is clean and properly maintained.\n Follow daily and weekly activity schedule as instructed by Kids Club/Front Office Manager.\n Ensure all Kids Club rules and regulations are enforced at all times.\n Maintain an inventory of all toys / equipment at the Club.\n Attend to children at all times in a friendly and caring manner.\n Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise\nNATIONALITY: Eligible for a working permit in Malta
EDUCATION: Diploma or Vocational training in Kindergarten / Childcare related field
\n\nEXPERIENCE: A true passion for children and a creative, caring mind are essential.
\n\nLANGUAGE: Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment:\nEnglish – excellent oral and written skills\nLocal and other languages are considered an asset\nCOMPETENCIES: \n Adaptability / Flexibility\n Concern for quality\n Initiative\n Managing Performance\n First Aid and CPR proficiency \n Excellent interpersonal abilities\n
