Kingpin MOC Liaison
**Essential Responsibilities:** The designee is responsible for guiding and assisting the overall MOC operations and coordinating maintenance of C2 systems and equipment for all AFCENT locations. The designee is responsible for identifying and resolving issues, problems, and concerns affecting C2 equipment, along with support equipment (i.e., generators, HVACs/ECUs, etc.) to ensure continuous critical C2 communications/data availability. The designee coordinates with site leads, maintenance personnel, and government personnel to obtain and disseminate information and data needed to track and report equipment status, supply status, conduct root cause analysis, make determinations, design course(s) of action, and provide advice or decisions to resolve issues, problems, and concerns in a timely manner. The designee shall be thoroughly familiar with assigned C2 equipment, standard maintenance practices, maintenance documentation, and logistics/supply chain documentation and processes **Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:** + Graduate of an approved DoD C2 Equipment 7-level course or higher + Ten (10) years of recent and relevant C2 experience working with C2 systems identified in, Section A, Tables 4.5.1 and 4.5.4. Documented experience managing C2 equipment, technicians, maintenance programs, maintenance documentation, and working with logistics/supply chain personnel and agencies.
