Overview Job Summary: Provide exceptional client support and responsible for instructing all new CPAP set ups. Ability to work with clients with initial fitting and all followup needs. Responsibilities Job Responsibilities: + Responsible for setting up and instructing all new CPAP set ups. + Implements client teaching during the initial fitting and at any follow-up calls. + Ability to make necessary modifications and to fit the client. Utilize the mask guarantee program. + Must be knowledgeable in the following areas: + Use and care of the Products + Fitting problems and how to solve them + Patient Rights and Responsibilities + Company’s services and availability + Patient Instruction and Follow-up + All Patient oriented paperwork + Community Resources + Assist with education events for patients/clients and community. + Performs other duties as needed Qualifications Education: + Minimum: High School Diploma or GED Experience: + Required: 1-2 years previous experience as a Respitory Therapist in a hospital setting Special Conditions of Employment + Drug test + Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring + Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position Compensation: $28.00-29.00 per hour The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.
