A large local healthcare facility in Bozeman, MT, is looking for Kitchen Help / Dishwasher to add to their Nutritional Services department. This organization prioritizes the overall patient health and experience, nutritional services are a big aspect of that. 

The Kitchen Help / Dishwasher position collects, unloads, washes, and inspects all dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.  This work includes working as a team to process all patient trays, dishes, pots, and pans from all areas of the department, putting all dishes in proper location and maintaining a clean and attractive work area.

Essential Functions & Duties:

Prepares food according to established recipes, ensuring consistency in flavor, quality and presentation standards Complete food production records and record department statistics Monitor and manage and organize ingredient inventory levels to ensure freshness and minimize waste Ensure proper storage, labeling, rotating and stocking of food and non-food items Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines and regulations Maintain and clean all kitchen equipment to required standards Participates in training programs to enhance skills, examples including cooking procedures, presentation, therapeutic diets, ServSafe Certification, fire safety, etc. Exercise tact, discretion, sensitivity, and maintain confidentiality

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Prior work experience in food services preferred
