ASM, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for Part-time Kitchen Lead for ASM/SAVOR Jacksonville.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in overseeing the work and working with the culinary staffFollows established department recipes and productions sheetsPrepares menu items for each banquet event orderMaintains all kitchen equipment’s cleanlinessCook’s recipes as directedMaintains product rotation and organization of coolers and storeroomsEnsures timely preparationsEnforces standards of food qualityMaintains clean safe working environmentOther duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience

        

Must have two years previous experience as a cook in commercial kitchen or equivalentMust have two years of experience in high volume, large volume food productionTeam lead experience preferredSERV safe certified preferred
