 The Harrisburg Juvenile Treatment Center, is dedicated to providing at-risk young females with a comprehensive, trauma-responsive program that fosters both personal and academic growth. Our facility is designed to create an environment where young women can rebuild their lives and develop the skills necessary for a successful future. Our goal is to empower young women to grow into successful, resilient adults.  Pay: $45,000 annually; can increase based on education and years of experience

What you will do: In this role, you will be primarily responsible for providing quality customer and employee services regarding food, ensuring healthy and tasty food is prepared for the youth and staff on-site, oversee the cleanliness and safety of the kitchen and dining area. Depending on location, you will report to the Program Director and supervise the staff in the assigned department.

To be considered you should: Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect * Have a high school diploma or equivalent * Have at least 2 years experience supervising 5 or more employees * Have at least 4 years experience in a related role * Be at least 21 years of age * Have a desire to work with troubled teens *Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
