The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced, skilled kitchen manager to our Lancer Hospitality team in Edina, MN. As a kitchen manager, you will have the opportunity to instruct and lead a team of foodservice professionals to ensure proper BOH management.  Our ideal candidate is passionate about food and a hands on leader and Chef.  This role offers an incredible work life balance in the off season and is ideal for a Sous Chef that is looking to take the next step in their career and join a global hospitality company that is committed to professional advancement.

What you'll be doing: Instructing and training employees in all aspects of food service and sanitation.  Educating on and administering proper portion control, appearance, and temperature for all food items per quality standards.  Performing food preparation and production tasks efficiently and accurately.  Adhering to food safety, food handling, and sanitation procedures and to recipes.  Providing excellent customer service.  What we're looking for:

Must-haves: 

At least 18 years of age.  High school diploma or equivalent.  At least one years’ experience in a supervisory role. 

 

Nice-to-haves:
