As a Cheesecake Kitchen Operations Admin Intern, you will play an integral part in supporting our Kitchen Operations department by assisting with ongoing projects and responsibilities that relate to your future career. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will work with the Kitchen Operations team of 15, located in Calabasas Hills, CA, supporting the Kitchen Operations function for a $3.4 billion public company with over 300 restaurants and more than 47,500 staff members. Here’s more of what you’ll get to do: Create, distribute, and analyze surveys using SurveyMonkey to gather insights, measure engagement, and inform decision-making. Present findings in a clear and actionable format. Organize, track, and summarize project feedback from key stakeholders. Prepare back briefs to ensure alignment, highlight key takeaways, and support continuous improvement. Assist in drafting, updating, and refining policy and procedure documents to ensure clarity, compliance, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align documentation with business needs. Assist in the development and organization of media assets for recipes, including photo and video content, documentation, and distribution to ensure consistency and accuracy. Provide administrative and strategic support on various special projects as needed, ensuring timely execution, stakeholder coordination, and high-quality outcomes. What we require: Currently enrolled in a post-secondary educational institution. Completed a minimum 2 years in post-secondary education. Majoring in Business administration, mathematics, computer science, hospitality/restaurant management or related field. Minimum GPA of 3.0. Available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
