As a Cheesecake Kitchen Operations Analyst Intern you will play an integral part in supporting our Kitchen Operations department by assisting with ongoing projects and responsibilities that relate to your future career. You’ll have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of how a Kitchen Operations department functions by interacting with the entire team as well as cross functionally with other departments. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will work with the Kitchen Operations team of 15, located in Calabasas Hills, CA, supporting the Kitchen Operations function for a $3.4 billion public company with over 300 restaurants and more than 47,500 staff members. Here’s more of what you’ll get to do: Regularly review and analyze data within Medallia, Service Channel, and Crunchtime with the Culinary Ops R&D team, to ensure accuracy, identify trends, and recommend process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. Create and maintain a comprehensive catalog of products, including detailed specifications, sourcing information, and usage guidelines, to support procurement, operations, and menu development. Develop a detailed reference guide for all essential equipment, including specifications, maintenance requirements, and operational best practices to support restaurant and bakery teams. Lead the creation and refinement of manuals for Steward, Prep, and Line stations, ensuring they provide clear, step-by-step guidance to maintain consistency, quality, and efficiency in kitchen operations. What we require: Currently enrolled in a post-secondary educational institution. Completed a minimum 2 years in post-secondary education. Majoring in Business administration, mathematics, computer science/programming. Minimum GPA of 3.2. Available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
