This is a full time, benefits eligible, hourly position with a hiring range of $18.19-22.28 per hour.

Responsibilities: Dish Machine & Sink Preparation: Set up the dish machine and three-compartment sink for daily use, ensuring proper operation. Record dish machine temperatures daily, promptly reporting any discrepancies to the manager or supervisor. Dishwashing & Distribution: Scrape, spray, and stack soiled dishes before machine washing. After washing, unload, air dry, and organize dishes, glassware, silverware, and service utensils in their designated storage areas. Pot & Utensil Cleaning: Hand wash soiled pots, pans, and utensils after scraping and spraying, then allow them to air dry before placing them in their proper storage areas for future use. End-of-Shift Equipment Breakdown: Thoroughly break down and clean the dish machine and pulpers at the end of each shift, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained for the next use. Waste Removal & Kitchen Cleanliness: Collect and dispose of waste throughout the day, sorting materials for landfill, recycling, or compost. Sweep and mop kitchen areas, with special attention to the dish and pot rooms. Additional Cleaning Tasks: Assist with cleaning tasks, including counters, racks, coolers, and refuse containers as needed, ensuring a clean and organized kitchen environment.
