THE JOB:

The SHOW comes alive at MGM Resorts International. As a Stewarding Utility team member, you will be responsible for the cleaning and maintaining of our restaurant outlet’s dinnerware, flatware, and glassware. You will help to create a safe and clean work area in the restaurant outlet’s kitchens.

Work with a diverse team of enthusiastic people in a FUN and fast-paced environment to achieve company goalsReceive and clean our guests soiled dinnerware, flatware, and glassware following proper departmental proceduresRemove cleaned dinnerware, flatware, and glasses and replace in appropriate dining outletsMaintain the kitchen area by properly mopping and sweeping floor, scrubbing walls, and monitoring trash levels in the receptaclesEnsure guest safety by following proper food handling and sanitation proceduresOwn the guest experience in any situation by using problem solving skills to WOW the guest

THE STARTING RATE: $16.00 per hour
