The Kitchen Steward Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen stewarding team, ensuring that all sanitation and cleanliness standards are met.

This role involves managing the efficient operation of the dishwashing area, supervising the handling and care of China, glassware, and silverware, and ensuring the proper use and distribution of cleaning agents and solutions. The supervisor will maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including the loading dock and storage areas, while also ensuring the timely disposal of waste. The successful candidate will lead a team of stewards, provide training on safety protocols and proper cleaning methods, and implement best practices for waste management. This position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to lift heavy items safely while working with industrial-strength cleaning chemicals.
