We are looking for and experienced, motivated, and capable Kitchen Supervisor. This is a HANDS-ON & demanding position!!
The ideal candidate will have a minimum five years’ experience as a cook, or lead supervisor within a busy restaurant, club or healthcare dining environment as well as minimum of two years’ experience as a supervisor in a food production environment.
Main focus will be to assist the expo window, and communicate to the staff and team. This position requires the ability to communicate with front and back of house staff, directors, managers, leaders, and members professionally and effectively. A keen sense of urgency is a must for this position, and you must be able to answer all Service & Culinary related questions.
The position will be the primary contact liaison between the front of the house staff and the kitchen and will therefore control the flow of items ordered, special requests, and all dining members, and pool members. This job requires initiative, leadership, hands-on self-reliance, and judgment.
