Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, collaborating with the Executive Chef and Director of Food & Beverage. Plan and develop menus to ensure a diverse and high-quality culinary offering. Inspect and taste prepared foods to maintain quality standards and sanitation regulations. Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate relevant information throughout the kitchen team. Assist in keeping the kitchen organized and clean, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. Train and coach staff on quality customer service skills to ensure excellent guest experiences. Supervise and develop staff on techniques, equipment, recipes, preparation methods, and presentation. Make quick and accurate decisions to maintain smooth kitchen operations. Manage inventory, ordering, and supply levels to adequately cover expected events and normal operational needs in all designated venue kitchens. Requirements Culinary Arts Certificate from College and/or Technical School Preferred and Three (3) years Food and Beverage experience with progressive supervisory experience OR five (5) years Food and Beverage experience in food preparation with progressive supervisory experience. Possess or be willing to obtain a Washington State Food Worker Card. Possess or be willing to obtain a Class 12 Mixologist/Class 13 Alcohol Server Permit. Ability to pass a background check.
