What you will do:
The kitchen is where the magic happens in our Luxury Lodge - and you can be part of that! We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Kitchenhand to join our team.
The right applicant must be self motivated, a team player and work well in a high pressure environment.
Duties include -
keeping the kitchen clean and completing daily tasks as per cleaning rosterwashing up of all pots, pans and dishesbasic food preparation & storing of delivery’s as required by shift leaderAnd ensuring that health, safety and hygiene is maintained at the highest possible level.What you will bring:
We are looking for a self starter and excellent team player who can demonstrate -
A basic knowledge of all areas of the kitchenThe ability to think on your feet as we have many guest requests and menu changes each dayGood time management.Flexible and willing and able to work evenings and weekends.
