**Job Title: Kitter** **Job Description** As a Kitter, you will be primarily responsible for packing operations, specifically building kits for the customer. This role involves working at a stand-up desk station with a computer screen, RF scan gun, and work instructions. Your main task will be assembling tackle boxes by following a detailed diagram that specifies the quantity and type of parts for each slot. **Responsibilities** + Prepare the tackle box and set up the diagram at your station. + Use the RF gun to scan orders and pull up instructions. + Pick items and weight count at your station, packing them into the correct slot based on the grid diagram. + Perform a final quality check to ensure grid and counts are accurate before sealing the tackle box. + Seal the tackle box, scan it as a finished order into the system, and prepare it for shipping. + Walk to the shipping area and pack the tackle box into a box for customer delivery. + Cross-train in secondary duties such as picking orders with a push cart and RF gun, and inventory management including scanning in products from the quality lab and putting them away on warehouse racks. **Essential Skills** + Previous warehouse experience, preferably in a packing or kitting role. + Experience using RF technology. + Good computer skills for tracking parts through a computer system. + Strong attention to detail and a quality mindset, as parts are critical and go into airplanes. + Steel-toed shoes required. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in inventory control, warehouse distribution, picking, packing, and forklift operations is advantageous. **Shift & Pay** + 1st shift: 7:00AM to 3:30PM (Monday - Friday) with barely any overtime. + **$17** **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a temperature-controlled, laid-back work environment with minimal overtime.
