**Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk** **Job Description** Under the direction of the Shipping and Receiving Supervisor, the kitting position is responsible for picking parts for orders and making kits for the assembly team. **Responsibilities** + Pick parts for orders and create kits for the assembly team using RF scanner and ERP system. + Utilize pick lists and ERP system to pull all required components and document status and completion of work. + Ensure inventory accuracy by properly filling out paperwork and maintaining stockroom locations. + Assist in audits and counts of inventory. + Operate forklift or other tools to move material in racking. **Essential Skills** + Experience with RF scanners. + Kitting and packaging experience. + Proficiency in using pick lists and ERP systems. + Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. + Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Forklift operation experience. **Why Work Here?** Opportunity to move into a leadership role. **Work Environment** Clean, well-lit environment. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oshkosh, Wisconsin. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $23.50/hr.
