You'll help ensure products are shipped on time and meet customer requirements. **Pay:** 17/hr **Schedule:** M-F 11AM - 8PM **Key Responsibilities:** + Follow company rules and instructions to do your job properly. + Work with production orders and assembly plans to assemble products. + Make sure products meet quality standards and report any defects right away. + Gather the correct materials and parts needed for assembly. + Package products for shipment to meet customer needs. + Work to meet production goals and ensure a high service level (98%+). + Pay attention to details to avoid mistakes and report issues immediately. + Help train new team members when needed. + Assist with assembling clinical trial kits, if required. + Perform other tasks as assigned. **Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:** + Work on the production floor, usually in a comfortable temperature with good lighting and some noise. + Some lifting (up to 40 lbs), walking, standing, and bending required. + Must meet deadlines and manage a steady work pace. **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent. + Previous assembly experience is a plus but not required. + Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. + Ability to work with a team and learn quickly.
