Kitting Assembler/Material Handler
Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Quincy, MA. We are looking for experienced Kitting Assemblers/Material Handlers. This is a temp to perm opportunity on 1st shift. **Pay Rate Range:** $19.50 per hour **Schedule(s)/Hours: Monday – Friday** 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM **Position Title:** Product Builder/Assembler **Responsibilities Include:** · Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements. · Follow and adhere to company policy and procedures. · Perform multiple operations of a more complex nature on a functional area, such as assembly, inspection of in-process units and assemblies; material documentation, handling, and control. · Becomes trained on production tasks and maintains updated individual training records. · Demonstrate and applies a solid understanding of how to use measuring instruments. · Ability to use computers at a proficient level as needed, i.e., confirmations, issue materials, print labels. · Understand and apply Core 5 Metrics in relation to daily task. · Participates in program or functional team projects developing process improvement methods, solutions, and procedures to enhance quality and efficiency. **Qualifications Include:** · Minimum 1 year of experience in a Kitting Assembly and Material Handling strongly preferred. · Previous experience in manufacturing. · High School Diploma required. · Ability to work in a team environment. · Ability to work flexible hours and rotating tasks/responsibilities. **If interested, please apply directly to this posting!** **Pay Details:** $19.50 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
