**Job Title: Kitting Specialist/$20-$25 an hour/Northfield, MN** **Job Description** The main duty of this individual will be to work in the warehouse where they will primarily operate a forklift and kit materials, specifically large metal products. Other responsibilities include lifting, banding, and assisting in building pallets. This position requires being on your feet and walking throughout the shop all day. **Responsibilities** + Operate forklift to move and kit large metal products. + Lift, band, and help build pallets. + Use RF scanners for material handling. + Pack and handle materials efficiently. **Essential Skills** + Experience with forklift operation. + Proficiency in kitting materials. + Ability to build pallets. + Experience with RF scanners. + Material handling skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Must have a warehouse experience + Ability to work in a sheet metal environment. **Why Work Here?** This is a new company with significant opportunities for growth.
