The Opportunity:
Optimize your strong communication, collaboration, project management, and organizational skills to support the Key Business Area system and the 100TO (Transformation Office) at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF).
Support, develop, and manage the communication system for multiple Shipyard initiatives.
Capture and track initiatives while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective information sharing across the Command.
Work is primarily on the customer site, embedded in an industrial environment, to ensure customer needs are being met.
Responsibilities:
Manage Shipyard communications on technology integration, transformation and process adoption, scaling from tactical to strategic and organizational impacts.
Operational Touchpoint for Shipyard Leadership Meetings: From drafting pre-meeting talking points, presentation materials, and agendas to post-meeting minutes and debriefs, use your strong understanding of digital capabilities to refine high-level conversations into themes and storylines for Command-wide communication.
Convert ideas, discussions, and meeting minutes into trackable organization/team action steps to keep stakeholders and their staff accountable to agreed-upon objectives. Create usable tools, templates, and products that are professional, thorough, clear, and available for a large audience of senior leaders.
Produce and present finished products that are clear, concise, complete, and accurate, e.g., email correspondence, fact sheets, memorandums, after-action reports, executive summaries, military briefs, oral presentations, and policies.
Understand and work within a Shipyard system of systems that regularly addresses difficult organizational challenges that are cross-functional and dynamic in nature. This includes integrating with CACI colleagues supporting other Shipyard activities, e.g., Lean/process improvement, executive coaching, Command Support.
Demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate seamlessly with technical and non-technical customers and CACI colleagues at all levels.
Support the execution of contract requirements, which may include submission of supporting data and metrics and timely completion of written reports to stakeholders, customers, and CACI leadership.

Qualifications:
Required:
Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active DOD Secret security clearance.
Bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years of work experience in organizational or strategic corporate consulting, corporate communications, public affairs, senior leadership facilitation, or similar areas. In lieu of the degree requirement, candidates with minimum 10 years of directly applicable work experience may be considered for this position.
Strong organizational and project management skills with an emphasis on attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of accuracy.
Passion for problem solving and transformation.
Strong customer service orientation and written/verbal communication skills with the ability to respectfully engage internal and external customers at all levels in a manner that achieves successful outcomes.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and time management, and ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects and tasks efficiently.
Desired:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Proven experience in a professional communications role.
Lean and Six Sigma familiarity.
Work experience with the Naval Maintenance Community, United States Navy, or the Department of Defense.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
