LAC Federal is seeking a Knowledge Management/Office 365 Specialist to support a federal cybersecurity client whose mission it is to secure and protect the Nation’s critical infrastructure resilience. The Knowledge Management Specialist would support a large, multi-team branch of cybersecurity partner engagement specialists.
This position will be a hybrid of remote and onsite in Arlington, VA.
Advise content owners on content management processes and on optimal delivery and accessibility of their content Provide ongoing maintenance and support for a robust organizational structure for multiple teams and leadership to easily archive, locate, and query data from a shared content portal. Collaboratively work with client teams to increase adoption and content use. Develop and maintain onboarding material and provide organizational platform training and guidance on best practices. Provide strategic guidance and advice to the client and facilitate improvements to the organization of records, work instructions, and other relevant material to support knowledge management / transfer needs.
