Roles and Responsibilities:
Consolidate and review informationReport the final office position to leadershipSupport leadership with internal office operationsManage the flow of information into and out of the organization, including creating, reviewing, and editing internal and external communication productsHandle internal and external inquiries and requests for information by analyzing, issuing, tracking, consolidating, and closing them within specified timeframesPlan, coordinate, and execute events, ceremonies, and meetings, and develop supporting materialsEstablish and enforce policies and procedures to assist with daily tasksOversee and manage the office’s SharePoint site and Teams channelExhibit a customer and results-oriented approach, with attention to detail and organizational skillsPrepare written communications, develop briefing material, and support the oral presentation of this information as requiredBasic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field and a minimum of 4 years’ experienceFamiliarity with Army regulations and policies, DoD, and Army acquisition policies and proceduresProficiency in Adobe AcrobatProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)Experience working effectively in collaborative environments via Microsoft Teams or other digital platformsPreferred Qualifications:
