Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Knowledge Manager to join our team!
In this role, you will provide Knowledge Management (KM) support, including enabling knowledge flow to enhance shared understanding, learning, and decision-making within the organization.
Conducting activities related to the knowledge management processes, to include, but not limited to: content analysis, document management, data capture, portals, shared storage locations, workflow, collaboration, data warehousing, decision support, and information dissemination; planning to encompass the strategy, architecture and methodology for an enterprise modernization effort; selection, implementation, and measure of packaged solutions for enterprise modernization; and complete integration of applications with target data and defined processes.
What You'll Be Doing:
Assist in developing and maintaining the USCYBERCOM implementation of the Command’s Knowledge Management strategic plan.
Identify Knowledge Management problems and provide an analysis and recommendations report with solutions and implementation strategies.
Develop, document, and implement repeatable Knowledge Management processes for continual process improvement.
Assist in the development of Knowledge Management best practices and performance measures.
Provide expertise in developing Microsoft SharePoint portals, database management, and Microsoft office suite applications.
Research and document sources of KM training.
Develop and present Knowledge Management briefings.
Develop Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) for coordinating the flow of information and work with USCYBERCOM training branches to periodically test these TTPs during exercises.
Post, edit, distribute, and maintain appropriate content on classified and unclassified website/portals.
Organize data, establish file structures, and ensure information is captured and stored in locations accessible to various user groups in accordance with the Command’s Records Management requirements.
Coordinate and make recommendations to Government leadership on KM related process changes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness as well as on new KM relevant product/service offerings to enhance ability to efficiently find, access, leverage and disseminate information.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s in Information Management, or related discipline.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Knowledge Management Specialist.
Skills managing Microsoft SharePoint.
Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph, or active TS/SCI with the willingness to get a polygraph.
