The Operational Medical and Information System-Army (OMIS-A) Product Office (PO) provides the Army’s tactical medical information system, including software from multiple sources, future systems and applications, total package fielding, and technical support. The team from Chenega Cyberstar is responsible for providing program management support services for this critical medical communications capability. The **Knowledge Manager / Developer, Sr.** , supports the OMIS-A PO by managing the requirements process, stakeholder communication, and service transition to production activity necessary to produce MS SharePoint/Teams sites/pages and Project Web Applications. **Responsibilities** + Supporting the design, development, and implementation of the OMIS-A SharePoint Online (SPO) sites (including workflows (via Power Automate), dashboards (via Power BI), document libraries, and collaboration areas). + Determining infrastructure requirements, maintenance, backups, and administration tasks (i.e., permissions, unique permissions, site collections, nested folders, 365 groups) associated with the SharePoint site. + Updating and managing the Knowledge repository (e.g., SharePoint); Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and user guides. + Supporting creation and version control of content. + Handling sensitive or confidential information. + Manage and track program documentation per established procedures and requirements; Ensure adherence to quality standards. + Coordinating and executing supporting site alignment. + Provided technical support for and performed knowledge management development and customer profile and permissions configuration. + Collaborating and coordinating with Project Officers regarding the portal interface design and access; assisting with license-controlled interfaces. + Serving as a Single Point of Contact to PEO Enterprise KM support to OMIS-A platforms/portal application interfaces. + Assist in migration effort of sites, collections, libraries, and other related items from SPO to SPO. + Other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience + 10+ years of relevant experience (demonstrated expertise in the use of MS 365 for SharePoint site administration and development). + Task automation and workflow development experience (Microsoft Power Automate) + Possesses current Comp TIA Security + professional certification or equivalent for DoD 8530 + Must possess and maintain a Secret Security Clearance **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** + Proficient in Microsoft Office O365, Teams and Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. + Microsoft 365 Administrator Associate certification (preferred) + Dashboard development experience via Microsoft Power BI (preferred) + Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style. + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. **How you’ll grow** At Chenega MIOS, our professional development plan focuses on helping our team members at every level of their careers to identify and use their strengths to do their best work every day.
