Key Responsibilities
Service Parts Planning: Position the right level of parts in the right place to support business entitlementsDemand Forecast: Review demand history and future business outlook to analyze and improve the forecast accuracy and demand variabilityInventory Control & Management: Actively manage inventory turns, excess and obsolescenceRamp Site Planning: Inventory preparation for new fab installations and ramp schedulesService Agreement Planning: Inventory preparation for Service Agreement delivery performance, in direct collaboration with Field Service OrganizationRoot Cause & Corrective Action: Excellent analytical skills to conduct root cause and corrective action for order delivery missesKPI Management & Communication: Manage internal/external planning KPI and reporting.Planning Systems & Dashboards: Proficient in ERP planning systems, Inventory Optimization Software, and Data Visualization ToolsIntegration and Communication: Discuss and align the external business requests and engage the right internal resources to build a sustainable working process with a structured cadence.Problem-Solving and Continuous Improvement: Deal with critical escalations under high pressure – understand the real problem statement and translate it into planning language with doable action plans. Provide short-term solutions along with mid-/long- term process improvement opportunities learned from the escalation casesRequirements
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree is required3-8 years of working experience, prefer in the semiconductor industryProven experience in stakeholder management, strong communication skills, and ability to cross-function cooperation.Data analysis skills.
