Korean Business Development Manager
**Overview** We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our customer base, fostering relationships with existing clients, and achieving targeted sales goals. You will engage with Korean Manufacturing Facilities, cultivating opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service **Essential Functions: ** + Identify and develop potential Korean Manufacturing Facility Service Contracts and projects by actively participating in activities such as networking, lead generation, and qualification. + Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals that align with client objectives and concerns. + Utilize your technical expertise to deliver compelling presentations to existing customers, with support from our ABM manufacturing Facility Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). + Work in tandem with vendors and internal departments to promptly provide accurate quotes to customers. + Overcome objections through effective communication, emphasizing agreements, and resolving differences in a constructive manner. + Liaise with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive scope solutions for customer issues. + Maintain detailed records of leads, active prospects, and sales forecasts within Salesforce. + Take ownership of customer-centric solutions in collaboration with internal stakeholders. + Participate in special projects and handle other assigned duties as needed. **Required Qualifications:** + Bilingual Korean/English + Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field. + 10+ years of experience of proven Account Management/Project Management experience. + Proficiency in spoken and written Korean, coupled with a deep understanding of corporate culture. + Strong problem-solving abilities, high motivation, and a professional demeanor. + Independent worker in a dynamic, fast-paced, and results-oriented environment. + Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse cross-functional teams. + Aptitude for coordinating with Operations Teams, meeting deadlines, and effectively guiding teams to ensure consistent performance. + Preferred locations: Atlanta, GA or Austin, TX   **Other:** + Hunter sales mentality, goal driven and self-motivated. + Demonstrated success in selling services or other intangible business offerings. + Must be comfortable presenting complete solutions in groups settings. + Track record of being organized, efficient, and able to manage a high number of prospects at different stages of the sales process. + Collaborative with ability to work successfully with internal operations and sales support teams. + Advanced computer skills in MS Office and Salesforce or another CRM. + Self-disciplined, results driven, and accustomed to winning sales awards through consistent high performance. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce.com (or similar CRM). **Benefit Information:** ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package.
