Korean Player Development Manager

Summary

Manages and coordinates all programs to attract and retain Korean guests, which include VIP Guests, player parties, special events, credit issuance, and premium player programs.  Responsible for the design and analysis of programs to ensure profitability and budget objectives are met.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities include the following

Develop new business targeting Korean players primarily in So Cal region. Drive incremental trips from FSRC existing/inactive Korean players. Staffs and supervises Korean Player Development Host. Oversee design and production of direct mail programs. Develop operating budgets based on market analysis, trends, and seasonality. Develop, maintain, and analyze database for opportunities and productivity. Approve and monitor credit issuance, including payment history, player performance, and collections. Develop and monitor player reward programs.

This position is not limited to those duties listed in the job description.  Duties and responsibilities can be changed, expanded, reduced or deleted to meet business needs of the company.

Supervisory Responsibilities                                           

Manages all Korean Player Development Staffs. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit. Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Must be 21 years of age or older. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Three or more years’ supervisory experience in customer service field. Prior Casino experience preferred. Must be fluent in English/Korean. Ability to effective present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.    To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.  Knowledge of casino management systems (ACSC) preferred.
