Overview
This position is diverse requiring skills in the areas of mechanical and industrial engineering. A successful candidate will be able to apply their skills to an industrial, commercial, or business environment. The candidate will be responsible for design, installation, operation, optimization, maintenance, modification, construction, modernization and protection of physical equipment and facilities.

Provide engineering services and recommendations to all Melaleuca departments.Own projects through the complete life cycle. Preparation of project cost estimates; budgeting and forecasting; planning and scheduling of work; startup and handoff to department using equipment; continuing improvement.Documentation of each of the steps above. This information should detail each step of the process and serve as a reference for others.Review operational efficiencies in manufacturing and distribution and make recommendations for improvement where appropriate.Additional
