The KPB Trust Analyst is responsible for acting as Secretary of several fiduciary committees, such as the National Fiduciary Committee, which is the National sponsoring Committee for subcommittees such as National Trust Administration Committee, the New Account Pre-Acceptance Working Group, Key as Trustee New Account Pre-Acceptance Working Group, National Fiduciary Procedures Committee, KPB National Banking and Credit Procedures Working Group, Closely Held Working Group, and Fiduciary Committee of Delaware; and providing analytics to make sound business decisions by the Trust Managers and Management team.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
National Trust Administration Committee (NTAC) is the senior decision-making committee that makes and approves fiduciary decisions and documents them for formal records and for review by the OCC. Several sub-committees of NTAC report decisions and documentation as part of the process. The Secretary of NTAC is an ex-officio member of NTAC and is responsible for impeccable recordkeeping of all actions and maintaining those records for risk review and OCC review. This role includes review of Trust Officer and Trust Manager records and follow up to ensure accurate reporting.
Acts as Secretary of Pre-Acceptance Working Groups. Participates in daily working group committee meetings. Compiles data from Pre-Acceptance meetings and decisioning. Schedule, communicate, compile agenda, and track decisions for the daily New Account Pre-Acceptance and Fee Review Working Group.
Schedule, communicate, compile agenda, and track decisions for the weekly Key as Trustee New Account Pre-Acceptance Working Group.
Manage the NTAC system. Answer questions from TOs and TAs regarding NPTAC system. Create NTAC Account Profiles on a weekly basis. Serve as Secretary for monthly NTAC meeting to include scheduling meetings, preparing agenda, communicating information, and preparing minutes
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrated experience in analyzing and compiling accurate reports using complex data sources
Demonstrated experience in trust administration decision making
Impeccable at maintaining confidential information
Strong organizational skills
Strong written and oral communication skills to impart information to users
In depth Excel and Word experience
Succinct report creation experience
