Job Summary:
The KPI & Data Clerk 1 position will support the Continuous Improvement Department at the Nevro Costa Rica site by manually transferring data from paper formats into computer files or database systems. This employee will type in production line information and create spreadsheets, verifying them against source documents at different stages during the process and will develop forms to acquire data and options to easily visualize it for KPI tracking.Also will support MES system activities at Nevro that include support all operations teams to execute activities into the system, trained collaborator in MES operations, report problems and create tickets to solve MES problems, help to solve issues while teams are using MES system, execute system validations and propose improvements for the system. Responsibilities & Other Duties as assigned:
The essential duties and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Manually transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders or scanners and verifying transferred information against source documents.Generate data from time studies in the different process in the organizationCreate the required spreadsheets for KPI tracking with large numbers of figures without mistakes.Generate the required forms to acquire information from the production floor.Propose improvement to current forms to make them error-proof.Generate KPI visualization options for easy tracking and understanding of the current state. Support process improvements with multifunctional teams.Type in data provided directly from different operations teamsKeep electronic files up to date.Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.Act as a positive role model to team members.Collaborate to generate metrics to the different boards for daily meetings.Ensure compliance of the organization's management systems to guarantee effectiveness and adherence to established policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.Support MES activities in production floor and improvement projects.Execute MES validations and tests as required.Create and manage tickets related to MES activities.Support to solve MES issues with vendor team. Identify new system required or changes to improve the process.Create and update documentation related to MES activities. Required Education & Experience:
Minimum a 9th grade diploma, high school diploma preferred.Starting studies related to Production, Quality, Process Improvement, Data or an equivalent combination of education and work experience are preferred.Experience in medical industry production environments is a plus (+3 years).Experience with data entry roles is preferred.Experience with inventory management processes in ERP or MES applications, preferably QAD and Siemens.Experience collaborating in safety and continuous improvement initiatives is preferred.Computer knowledge, to include but not limited to: Microsoft Office software applications.

The final starting salary offer to the successful candidate will be determined by evaluating several factors, such as education, experience, knowledge, skills, internal equity, alignment with market data, and geography. *Nevro is a multi-state employer, so the target pay range may increase or decrease depending on the city/state.
