Role: Kronos WFM Scrum Master

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with over 10+ years of experience in managing the Kronos Workforce Management (WFM) module. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide and support our development teams in delivering high-quality software.


Responsibilities:


• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with the product owner to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Ensure that the team adheres to Agile principles and best practices.
• Remove obstacles and impediments that may hinder the team's progress.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies and continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, communication, and transparency within the team.
• Track and report on key metrics to monitor the team's performance and progress.
• Coordinate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and alignment across the organization.
• Continuously update skills and knowledge to stay current with industry trends and advancements in Agile methodologies.


Requirements:


• Strong facilitation and communication skills
• 10+ years of experience in implementing and configuring Kronos Workforce Management (WFM) modules, including UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions), UKG Workforce Central, etc.
• Good knowledge of WFM, preferably in healthcare scheduling
• Proven experience in the full life cycle of a project, including gathering detailed requirements, developing designs, and delivering solutions
• Excellent consultative and communication skills to interact with business users and client management
• Ability to work in complex technology environments requiring multi-product solutions and product integration of legacy systems
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certifications are preferred
• Experience in Agile Scrum processes and Waterfall methodologies.

Salary and Other Compensation:

· The annual salary for this position is between $90,000Year to $102,500/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

· This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
