Job Description Faststream is recruiting for for a KSA - Country Manager for a well known established offshore ship owning company. With ambitious plans ahead for the company they are looking to have a forward thinking experienced Country Manager to sit out of their Saudi Arabian office. 

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the business strategy for chartering, aligned with the company’s overall objectives. Lead and manage key account relationships and oversee commercial negotiations. Ensure operational excellence by fostering a high-performance culture, maintaining safety, and managing costs. Build strong relationships with service providers, government, and stakeholders. Represent the company at industry events in the Middle East. Role Details:
Reports directly to the Executive Chief Executive Officer (ECEO). 5 direct reports locally. The company owns 20 vessels and employs 70 people across the country. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Maritime Studies, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred). 10+ years in senior management within the maritime industry, with strong P&L experience. Deep knowledge of maritime operations and regulations. Proven leadership and negotiation skills. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional with offshore vessel knowledge to lead a key strategic business unit within a prominent company in the region.
