The hours for this position are 7:50am - 4:00pm - however we have multiple shifts available at this client! Pay range for this position is from $16.60 - $17.10 per hour and this is a temp to hire position! Upon hire you will get benefits and a pay increase!
Responsibilities:
What You?ll Do:
As a SLAP Inspector, you?ll be an essential part of our quality control process. You will:
-Gain and Grow: Learn and master key skills such as de-burring, defect identification, and palletizing within your qualifying period.
-Ensure Safety and Quality: Your attention to detail will help us maintain high safety and quality standards, ensuring every product meets our rigorous criteria.
-Collaborate and Contribute: Work closely with your team to meet production goals, support new team members, and share your insights to help us continuously improve.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
-Ability to lift and handle wheels weighing between 13 to 40 lbs, with an average weight of 26.5 lbs.
-Frequent standing, bending, pushing, and pulling during shifts.
-Continuous gripping, wrist, and arm movements for up to six hours per shift.
Education:
High School
Experience:
0-1 years
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-Six months of company service.
-Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
-Ability to visually inspect products, including color discrimination.
-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
