What is the opportunity?
In this role you will report to the Associate Director – KYC Refresh Service Delivery and lead a team of analysts responsible for periodic global refresh assessment, conduct reporting and oversight on team performance in addition to leading process enhancements as needed. Success will be achieved through successful navigation and familiarity within an operations environment, strong people management, regulatory subject matter expertise and an ability to problem solve.
What will you do?
Motivate and coach analysts to ensure team is high performing from a production and quality perspective.Provide regular updates on team performance and progress against targets and adherence to next refresh date. This will involve developing reports and metrics, partnering with the Data Analytics team.Investigate and resolve process impediment challenges related to refresh workflow. This requires becoming a subject matter expert on the end-to-end refresh process while also applying regulatory subject matter expertise.Collaborate and coordinate with on boarding colleagues on an ongoing basis to ensure the best client experience.Build strong and collaborative partnerships with key partners including Outreach leads, QC leads, Data Analytics, Account Management, Financial Crimes and Front OfficeEnsure internal stakeholders and colleagues are treated with respect, empathy, and integrity, contributing to good working relationships.What you need to succeed?
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study2+ years of prior experience in a related environment, preferably includes Capital Markets operations, and exposure to AML and compliance regulations.2+ years of experience with people management, with a proven track record of leading and motivating a team of high performing team members/professionals.Critical thinking skills to make sound decisions and solve problems under pressure.Strong communication, and interpersonal skillsHigh proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to be used for reporting and presentations.Strong relationship management skillsHighly organizedWhat’s in it for you?
